Directions

The Rialto Center is located at 80 Forsyth Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, on the corner of Forsyth and Luckie Streets in the historic Fairlie-Poplar district downtown, near Centennial Olympic Park. It is also within walking distance from many of downtown's major businesses and hotels such as the CNN Center, Hard Rock Café, Westin Peachtree Plaza, Hilton-Atlanta and the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta .

The Rialto is located in the Downtown Improvement District. Patrons visiting the Rialto are often greeted by employees of the Ambassadors Force who walk throughout the 120-block Downtown Improvement District providing directions, information and smiles.

From the North

Take 75/85 South to the Courtland Street exit (Exit 249A), and follow to Auburn Avenue. Turn right onto Auburn Avenue (Luckie Street). Go to the fourth light, which is Forsyth Street. The Rialto is on your left.

From the South and From I-20

Take 75/85 North to the Edgewood/Auburn Avenue exit (Exit 248B). Stay in the middle lane and follow to Auburn Avenue. Turn left onto Auburn Avenue. As you cross Peachtree Street, Auburn becomes Luckie Street. When you cross Forsyth Street, the Rialto is on your left.

From Marta:

Take the North/South line to the Peachtree Center station. Follow the signs that direct you to Ellis Street and the Atlanta Public Library. Exit at Peachtree Street South. Walk south on Forsyth past the Library. The Rialto is approximately two blocks down on the right.

To Return to the Interstate After the Performance:

Make a right out of the parking deck. Go to the second stop sign, which is Carnegie Way. Make a left onto Carnegie and an immediate right onto Ellis. After several blocks Ellis will feed into 75/85 North & South as well as Freedom Parkway.

Parking

Free Parking:

Complimentary validated parking is available for all Rialto Series performances at the Equitable parking deck on the corner of Williams and Fairlie streets. If the phrase Rialto Series is printed on your ticket above the title of your performance, you are eligible for complimentary validated parking. Please bring your parking ticket to the Rialto lobby for validation.

Also, please note that the parking deck opens 2 hours prior to curtain (i.e. 6 PM for an 8 PM show) and closes 1 hour after the performance. To enter the deck after hours, please swipe your parking ticket through the reader to the right of the deck's entrance door on Forsyth Street.

Regular Parking:

Please use the alternate directions to the Equitable parking deck for the weekend of August 22nd because of downtown street closures.

Parking for all other events is available for $4.00 per vehicle at the Equitable parking deck on the corner of Williams and Fairlie streets. Parking is also available at a variety of surface and street lots around the Rialto. Parking fees and hours at these lots vary.

Directions to the Equitable Parking Deck:
The official parking deck of the Rialto is the Equitable Parking Deck, located one block past the theatre, on Fairlie. Go past the Rialto on Luckie St (Auburn Ave), then take an immediate right as soon as you pass the Quality Hotel (onto Fairlie). Follow the signs that say "Official Rialto Parking" and turn right into the Equitable Parking Deck. (The deck is not clearly marked as Equitable, so look for the "Official Rialto Parking" signs and flags).

To access the Rialto after parking in the deck, take the elevator to the 3rd floor to exit onto Forsyth Street. Press the green button to the left of the double glass doors to release the locking mechanism and exit onto Forsyth Street. The Rialto will be on your right.

Equitable Parking Deck -- Hours of Operation:
During weekdays, the deck is open during regular business hours, closing at 10:30 PM on non-show nights. On show nights, it stays open until 1 hour after the performance ends. On the weekends, the deck opens for Rialto Series shows, starting 2 hours prior to the performance time and closing 1 hour after the performance ends.

To re-enter the deck after hours, use the same Forsyth Street access to the deck. Swipe your parking ticket through the reader on the right side of the double glass doors to gain entry. If there is no attendant at the gate as you drive out, there is another reader at the gate for you to swipe your ticket in order to exit.
